Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data FastSocialz collects, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. It applies to this website and to the customer dashboard at app.fastsocialz.com.

Who we are

FastSocialz provides managed social media growth campaigns. The data controller for personal data described in this notice is Emam Media Ltd, of 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU, company number 11855473. Data protection queries: support@fastsocialz.com.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and the public profile or channel link you give us when you place an order.
• Order details: platform, plan, duration, price paid, campaign start and end dates, and the guaranteed monthly minimum for your plan.
• Campaign data: publicly visible follower or subscriber counts recorded over time so your dashboard can show progress, and a log of promotion placed.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form, including your name and email address.
• Technical data: standard server logs and basic analytics needed to keep the site secure and working.

We never collect or ask for your social media password, and we never request access to your account.

Payment information

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We keep a record that an order was paid, the amount, and the reference supplied by the provider.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To deliver your campaign and support you — performance of our contract with you.
• To keep records of orders, refunds and tax — legal obligation.
• To keep the service secure and improve it — our legitimate interests in running a safe, working service.
• To send marketing email — only where you have consented, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run the business — hosting and database providers, our payment provider, and email and messaging providers — and only as far as needed. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it.

Promotion partners in our creator network receive the public link to your profile or videos. They do not receive your email address or any other personal detail.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK and EEA. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses. You can ask us for details of the safeguards that apply at any time.

How long we keep it

Order and payment records are kept for six years to meet accounting and tax requirements. Campaign snapshots and activity logs are kept for the life of your account plus two years. Contact messages are kept for two years. Accounts closed at your request are deleted or anonymised except where we must keep a record.

Your rights

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Have inaccurate data corrected.
• Have data erased where we no longer need it.
• Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the site and dashboard to work, including keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first and update this notice.

Changes

We will update this notice when our processing changes, and the date at the top will change with it.
